Your Status

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

How the Contract Is Formed Between You and Us

After placing an order, you will receive an email or message confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not mean acceptance of your order.

  • Your order is an offer to purchase products, subject to availability and acceptance.
  • Acceptance is confirmed only when we send a Dispatch Confirmation.
  • The contract applies only to products listed in the Dispatch Confirmation.

Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately. Cancellation is allowed only if the order status permits:

  • Registered users may cancel via My Account.
  • Guest users may cancel using the link provided in the order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

By submitting an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • Sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.

Availability and Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 2–7 business days in India, unless otherwise specified. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 days from order confirmation.

Price and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (β‚Ή) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown separately and must be paid in advance.
  • Accepted payment methods are displayed on the website and orders are processed only after successful payment.

Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

If a pricing error occurs:

  • We will charge the lower price if the correct price is lower, or
  • Contact you for confirmation before dispatch if the correct price is higher.

We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at an obviously incorrect price. Only one promotional code can be used per order.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns

You may request a return or exchange (if eligible) within the allowed period via My Orders.

To qualify:Β 

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

RefundsΒ 

  • Refunds are issued as a gift coupon only after quality inspection.
  • Coupons are sent via email or WhatsApp within 5–7 working days.
  • No cash or bank refunds are provided.
  • Gift coupons have lifetime validity.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are shipped free of cost within India.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Orders may be canceled only if the order status allows it. ParamparaTantra reserves the right to cancel or verify any order before dispatch.

Our Liability

If we fail to deliver, deliver incorrect items, or deliver damaged or defective products, our liability is limited to:

  • Replacing or repairing the product, or
  • Refunding the amount paid for the affected item.

Proof such as images or videos may be required. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, data, or goodwill.

Our maximum liability will not exceed the price paid for the product. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence.

Intellectual Property Rights

Written Communications

Discount Code Terms

  • Discount codes are valid for one-time use per customer.
  • Codes cannot be combined with other offers.
  • No cash alternative is available.
  • Exclusions may apply.
  • ParamparaTantra reserves the right to withdraw or modify codes at any time.

Third-Party Content & Social Media

By tagging #ParamparaTantra, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use your content for marketing purposes.

Partial Payment Clause

A non-refundable β‚Ή100 code fee may be required for certain orders or services. This amount will be adjusted against the final order value but will not be refunded in case of cancellation or non-completion.
